The Coffee Dojo is a place where coffee lovers at any level can come to learn and appreciate coffee; from tasting to creation, on all different apparatus including an espresso machine.

Flight Coffee

Our good friends over at Flight Coffee will be our main coffee supplier at The Coffee Dojo Wanaka. These guys produce such delicious and sustainable coffee. The focal point being the word ‘sustainable’, which doesn’t quite do them justice. They go so far beyond the ‘average sustainable joe’ by following through with their promise. I took the chance to go on one of their origin trips to Colombia and I can proudly say that what I witnessed exceeded my expectations, even after asking some pretty hard hitting questions. It’s so great to see a company so invested in our future of coffee.
